How to make Kinilaw in Traditional & Kinilaw Mix Way and History of Kinilaw.

Kinilaw Mix Way & History of Kinilaw

Ingredients:
1 kg (2.2 lbs.)Diced Lean fish
1/2 kg (1.1 lbs) Grilled Pork
1 250ml Kinilaw Mix
Optional: Salt & Chilli
Garnish:
Sliced/Chopped Onion and Ginger(Optional: Cucumber, Tomato & Scallions)

Procedure:
1. Rinse or drain (Don't squeeze) fish with Tuba or Sprite/7 Up
2. Shake and Pour Kinilaw Mix into bowl of fish
3. Adjust saltiness to taste or add more chilli if you want it more spicy
4. Garnish with freshly chopped onions and ginger then mix it
5. Put-in the Grilled pork and mix thoroughly
6. Let it sit for % minutes, giving time for the flavors to blend and then serve
